{"created":"2023-06-20T15:46:13.533837+00:00","id":818,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"c54b3bc4-498c-464b-9e1c-523c9688637a"},"_deposit":{"created_by":4,"id":"818","owners":[4],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"818"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:uoeh-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000818","sets":["13:17:19"]},"author_link":["3216","3217"],"item_10001_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018-12-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"4","bibliographicPageEnd":"329","bibliographicPageStart":"323","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"40","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":" 産業医科大学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of UOEH","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10001_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"高い有害性を有するインジウム化合物を対象に,ターゲット材の平面研削作業者に個人曝露測定を行い,同等曝露作業者グループ(SEG)に分けることの有効性を検討した.測定は午前と午後に分け,2013年から2017年に合計10回行い,このうちの9回は作業環境測定を同時に実施した.各回の作業者は2-4名で,グループ分けは2つの方法について検討した.すなわち作業場所の作業者全員を1つのSEGとした方法(SEG1,n=9)と,作業者が取り扱うターゲット材料中のインジウム含有の有無で分け,有りSEG2(+)n=9,無しSEG2(-)n=9とした方法である.SEG2(+)2.8-276.8 μg/m3群内各測定の算術平均値(AM)は,4測定2.8-27.4 μg/m3が対応する作業環境測定のB測定値13.5-54.6 μg/m3より低値だったが,A測定幾何平均値0.4-12.3 μg/m3 よりすべて(2.8-276.8 μg/m3)が,高値となった.SEG2(+)のAMは,作業環境測定の第1評価値やB測定値,SEG1やSEG2(-)では認められなかった100 μg/m3以上が全体の20%を占めた.SEG1として評価した管理区分が,リスク低減措置を行う必要のある管理区分2であっても,SEG2(+)にて再評価するとリスク低減措置を速やかに行う必要のある管理区分3となる測定の割合は,SEG1 の管理区分2のうち50%を占めた.SEG2(+)群内各測定の幾何標準偏差はすべて3 μg/m3以下となり,ばらつきは小さくなった.的確に層別化したSEGを設定することにより,効率的な化学物質管理が可能になる.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Surface grinding workers of Indium Tin Oxide target material are exposed to an indium compound with high toxicity. We divided individual exposure workers into similar exposure groups (SEG) and examined the effectiveness of the classification of SEG. Sampling was carried out twice a day for a total of 10 times, in 9 of which a work environment measurement in unit work area was performed at the same time. The classification examined two methods. One method was to set all the workers in the work place as one group (SEG1), and the other was to classify them depending on whether the workers handled the target material contained indium or not (SEG2). The group handled indium-contained material was SEG2(+) n=9, and the other was SEG2(-) n=9. Only the arithmetic mean value (AM) of four groups 2.8-27.4 μg/m3 in the SEG2(+) was lower than the measurement B value of the work environment measurement, but the AM of all the groups in SEG2(+) 2.8-276.8 μg/m3 was higher than the geometric mean value of measurement A 0.4-12.3 μg/m3. The concentration range of 100 μg/m3 or more of SEG2(+) AM was 20% of the total. This range was not recognized in the other items, and the variation of SEG2(+) was small. Even though the evaluation of SEG1 is control class 2, if revaluated on SEG2(+), 50% of the SEG2(+) were evaluated as control class 3.
